iBurst feels like it's still in Beta testing

I've been following the forum especially closely the last couple of months or so and had a couple of thoughts.

While I DO feel that iBurst has actually turned a corner and there is light at the end of the tunnel - mainly thanks to the quick and personal responses that Shaun gives and the fact that a the CEO seems to actually give a crap - but is it just me or do other people also feel like we're beta testing a new service all the time?

There seems to be these re-occuring problems that should never be occuring in a system thats been up for 5+ years without any big tech improvements. I'm not talking about call centre or accounts, just the fundamental tech and the delivery thereof. It's also the way it always seems like the iBurst techies are tinkering with things that don't need fiddling.

I would understand it if it was some cutting edge, always improving system... but it just isn't.

Is it just me?
