For two consecutive months, everytime I reach 6GB I'm permanently disconnected. Last month I phoned helpdesk thinking there must be a problem with my connection but I was told to 'recharge' so that I can get my connection back then I contacted Shaun to clarify this and that didn't help aswell as we spent 2 hours trying to get my connection back until I gave up.
Waited for the 1st of the month to see what happens...guess what my connection was back. Two days ago my connection went away the same way as last month, it lead me to think that iBurst are purposely killing my connection so that I can 'recharge'.
So Shaun do you have a hardcap policy now cos I've never had this problem since using iBurst from 2004?
