nah not really... local is fast but international is that bad. Downloads come down at about 4.7Kb or if you are having a good day... about 5.6Kb. There is an initial burst of full speed for exactly 20 seconds... but Mr Ken Theron (head of Sucktech customer care) said to me that they are not throttling/capping international... liar! I think I made him so angry that he just cancelled me... It was great... as if I would miss Sentech or something...
