It hasn't offered to guarentee its services where used properly. I wonder what effect the decision has on my Telkom complaint and whether IBurst didn't get a bit of support from them.

When iBurst have a slight technical glitch which is 100% of the time, they play "smaller ILLEGAL wisps".
