My contract sucks bigtime!!!

Check this

G1 Package (Modem + 1.5Gb Cap) = R599 per Month

The above contract without modem = R389 per Month

here's the math

R389 x 24 = R9336
R599 x 24 = R14376

R14376 - R9336 = R5040 THEY ARE CHARGING ME FOR A R2190 MODEM!!!

taking out a personal loan is cheaper than this...it's ridiculous!!!! :mad:
 
Yeah sucks, when you have people like jumped up craigy boy in charge *cough* nepotism, things like this are bound to happen.
 
Ok, now I understand why they offer insurance. I still don't understand why they do not have an accounts department though.

*points at the CEO* some people are too young for the position... this is a perfect example of nepotism gone wrong. Don't expect any decent choice to come out of Iburst until they deal with their family problem.

You might have noticed that this was a special (except it lasts forever, kind of special) from a few months ago.

The normal price used to be R469 for the 1 gig package, that R389 is only on a 2 year contract, hence the price. That isn't their normal charge for the modem.

None of you guys realised this? You just had to jump at the CEO for some reason :p
 
Go with Sentech, Iburst's network is terrible, their accounting department is worse and their CEO leads the rot. Oh wait, I better not say anything... I might get a pamphlet about me done by Craigy boy.

Ok fair enough...let's do the math again

R469 x 24 = R11256
R599 x 24 = R14376

R14376 - R11256 = R3120 still DAMN expensive for a stupid modem that you can only use with iBurst

And besides that you probably wouldn't want to. iBurst works well in your area, so I doubt Sentech could be better (doubt they even have coverage in fact) and its more expensive.

Well I'm thinking in terms of 3 Gig contracts, maybe 1 Gig is around the same...
