Has anyone had problems migrating to the new packages from iBurst? My ISP told me that iBurst "doesn't" see my application as an upgrade but rather as a downgrade. It know it states that no contract subscriber may downgrade their service (a downgrade is seen as a reduction in the given bandwidth and not in price). But this is an upgrade becuase I'm currently on their 2.5Gig package and the new one is 3.0Gig at a reduced price. It also states that there is a "migration fee" if you need to downgrade. Does this fee apply to upgrades aswell? Can't these people get anything right?
