So we had a shufty at the local iBurst shop at Menlyn.

The one pamphlet which we picked up, said "Get connected by following these 3 simple steps"

You choose your Wireless package - first step.

You choose your hardware - second step

You choose your contract term - third step.

In the second step you have the option to buy the desktop modem upfront (cash) and also on a contract.

In the third step you can either pay for the modem upfront, or get it on a 24-month contract.

HOWEVER - the salesperson told us that only the USB version can be bought on a month to month contract, and not the desktop modem.

This is unacceptable.

So iBurst lost another customer.

That is not correct. I'll escalate this to the sales channel.

sales persons is probaly an idiot, and when ronald gets feedback, the store will probably claim they never said that.

I thought you were already on iBurst?

our clients are

I was just very unhappy with the response we got from the salespeople when the pamphlet said otherwise.

Was also very busy trying to sort things out this side to post any updates.
