Where can I find a manual for the UTD1780D-ZA-C modem?

Or what does the lights mean?

Labratza you can telnet into the modem
The modems IP is 192.168.250.10
So plug your modem into your computer using the network cable
Telnet into it on port 1234

You should be able to see firmware version and what not.
It does have a http page as well on 192.168.250.10
