Since iBurst is going "Green" which means I won't be getting my invoice/statement via post anymore.

What I would like to know, where in the website can I sign up to receive my invoices/statements via email?

I know you can download the PDF from the website, but I prefer receiving my invoice/statement via email when available.

When you click on "Account summary" the Bandwidth summary still shows 0.

When you click on "Change package" it allows you change package upwards, but not downwards.

^The bandwidth usage feature on ibursts website has never worked properly and never will unless iburst start to hire competent staff... Which is unlikely to ever happen.

It's always been that case, if you want to go down, you have to phone them (yip, it discourages you to downgrade because it's a hassle.)

The bandwidth usage has been corrected. The pig now has lipstick and some nail polish.

The "Account Summary" issue has been fixed, but not the secure login.

A temporary reprieve perhaps, but a pardon would be premature.

The account overview feature seems to be broken again.

It seems as if iburst is a corps which has been left in warm, humid conditions and is decomposing at a rapid rate.
