Im new so im going to try and be as thorough as possible on my problem and hope i can get a usefull response.
I have a 2MB desktop modem from I burst.
On Tuesday i went online and had perfect signal as usual (im in the highest room in the house 2 floors up and my signal strength is amazing)
All of a sudden the signal light went from green to red and it hasn't picked up signal again at all.
I've tried putting it in different places in the house i even went as far as to go buy a Omni antenna, install it on top of the roof and still no signal at all.
The warranty on my modem expired last month sadly so i cant go and trade it in.
If anyone knows why the modem went into this fit and might know of a possible solution please im desperate.
