I have downloaded the drivers (ibdriver-1.3.2-linux-2.6.tar.gz)
Extracted them...
when i try to 'make' i get...

make -C /lib/modules/2.6.16.13-4-default/build SUBDIRS=/tmp/ibdriver-1.3.2-linux-2.6 modules
make[1]: Entering directory `/usr/src/linux-2.6.16.13-4-obj/i386/default'
make[1]: *** No rule to make target `modules'. Stop.
make[1]: Leaving directory `/usr/src/linux-2.6.16.13-4-obj/i386/default'
make: *** [default] Error 2

rpm -q gcc
gcc-4.1.0-25

Thanks Guys

Which iBurst modem you using?
If its the UTD (desktop) variety don't even bother with the USB drivers. Connect directly to via the network port and setup a PPPoE dialup connection.

Recompile the Kernel - you most likely dont have PPPOE support.Google on how to complie the kernel. Its around a 13 step process.
