What constitute noise...I have my music...which I blv has been labelled 'ghetto rubish' on these forums. Will that get me skopped?

BTW, I can't connect to anybody on ze hub!
 
Like LG says, one person's goody is another person's noise. But if your shares consist of 5gigs of randomly generated text files, then you are in violation. But most shareable apps, games and multimedia, no matter how obscure or diverse will have potential interest among other users.

The 1Gb is reasonable given that we live in Broadband starved SA.
 
I am not connected yet but will remedy that tonight. Is anybody sharing lost, just by the way?

BTW stepper, that 'ghetto rubbish' sounds like I'd like it, PM me with soem artist/album names and maybe we can work somethign out, I can get ANYTHING even stuff not released yet :) (new star wars or batman workprint anyone??)

hi there i am a new user of i burst and i think it rocks but can any one explain how i can get faster p 2 p network connections with winmx and other file sharing programs? The other thing is what is this kick ass iburst.net or some thing like that?
 
And episode 22 screened in the US last Thursday. Have got up to and including 20 and falling behind 1 week at a time thanks to Iburst.

I see the DC++limit is now on 5GiG, only problem I have with that is it take a loong time to index. 2 hours remaining.

its a filesharing community with iburst users, the reason being when you are capped they dont shaped iburst to iburst transfers, so you can carry on downloading fast if you get from other iBursters, you need to get dc++ to connect to the hub, its a file sharing app but with the difference being that instead of connecting to one huge community you can connect to smaller hubs, swarms if you will.
 
The hub keeps on resetting and I can't reconnect properly..... also I'm getting very low speeds, even though the connections usually start off OK, they drop below 1k very quickly... ideas anyone? Thanks
 
heh sorry, its just the last couple week i have been downloading lost eps as they get PRE'd
 
so, the big question is how do I get them?

I have given up on P2P for now. Tried everything with the exception of DC++
 
DC++ may just keep me from cancelling for a while longer. Interesting some users always timeout and some always result in 20KB pluss speeds
 
for people not prepared to find alternatives just use torrentflux, contact me for more info, I can also see that your favourtie downloads are automatically downloaded and put in your dir the second they come out

Just glancing through some of the recent posts in this thread, it is clear that you are talking about sharing stuff that is probably copyrighted, what you decide to share is your business.

Please, MyADSL is not the place to tell everyone that you might be pirating stuff :(.

Debating & discussion is fine, but openly stating that you support piracy is not what MyADSL is about.
