Iburst payable upfront or in arrears ?

Been paying iburst so long Im not sure anymore what is the case.
Is iburst monthly costs paid upfront or in arrears?

I believe it's up front, but it's hard to tell since I only get an invoice mailed to me once every couple of months.

The one time they got their crap sorted and cut me off and I phone them up to find out and they told me it's upfront. I'm on M-t-M though
