OK, I've tried reading all the iburst threads but I'm a total idiot with these...

How can n get my connection faster?

I downloaded iConnect but I get a error from the get go

Can someone please help my with a guide on what to do to get this working?

Connection? Well firstly you should check that your reception is at its best according to your location...

As your .Net software that is required might not be installed.

As limnos suggested a directional antenna is the best solution, contact Poynting or Radiant Antennas for an affordable and functional antenna.

Do not purchase antennas from iBurst as the directional antenna they punt, do not deliver the best results.
