If I purchase the iBurst hardware (no 24 month contract) and Im not happy with the service, is it possible to return the hardware with a full refund?

If you want WBS to answer that, you stand a better chance of getting a written response via email / private message.

I'm sure you can guess that you would never get a full refund after using the modem, lets say longer than 7 days. At most WBS might buy back the modem at less than what you paid them for it. That's business and the way it works everywhere.
 
The policy to my knowledge is that you own the modem, I dont think you would have a problem selling the modem on your own?
