Iburst representation

I just want to know why it is that iburst does not have representation on these forums? I mean this is a great place to interact with customers, but they would rather stick to there own pathetic support blog.

can we not spam that support blog with requests for iburst representation here?

They used to have an Ed. There was word of an Ed 2.0 some time back but he hasn't shown up.

they have three people replying to there support blog, which is really smal in comparison to here. Why not move one over to these forums?

In the last 2 days ive tried to write 2 messages on there blog and niether have been posted yet, so not only do they not post here but they choose what gets posted on there own support blog.

they released a press release the other day stating the reason was so that all support requests are consolidated and traceable. it is on the site somewhere in the news section.
