Since Friday morning I can't access one particular web site I go to very often. I get the message "Connection Failure The requested URL could not be retrieved" from the iBurst proxy. Phoned iBurst technical support and as usual they can't resolve the problem but have to escalate. And response time to fix the problem - 48 working hours! That is like 6 working days to fix one web site which is not working through them. At the same time I can access the site using 3G or ADSL without problems. Just can't understand why tech support is unable to fix such problems and they have to be escalated to I don't know who. It's better to deal with Telkom than iBurst!
