iBurst Service Request Response Times

Clarification is requesteed on what constitutes a response to a service request; and
What are iBusrt Response times?
 
Hi all.

Service requests via the helpdesk mail are running on a slight backlog due to additional issues experienced due iBoss. Normal ops are 48 hours.

Should you feel like pulling your hair out please escalate before there is bloodshed....:P
 
You drop me a mail so that I can communicate with their management or executive to action further.
 
Okay Shaun. I was hoping iBurst had an escalation process versus relying on a person. Trust there wont be an 'Out of Office' email response when you are on vacation!
