iBurst & Skype Video

Has anyone else noticed that in the past week, it is all but impossible on iBurst to make an International Skype Video call ?
Quality (i.e. Bandwidth) is so poor that Video is not possible :(
I tried calling two different continents..... made no difference.
I eventually managed to borrow a Neotel NeoConnect Prime phone and the difference was quite noticeable.
Their ability to handle Skype Video was vastly superior. I'm going to test Cell C soon too.
After a month of issues and technical problems.... I’m fast losing confidence in iBursts ability to get their house in order!!

I just moved from Iburst to Cell C 3 days ago... and WHAT a difference! Smooth skype video calling and super fast downloads.. :)

Please PM me your location. There should be no difference between iBurst and Neotel.

(Using the above Test) I can see the video inbound (from Canada) but my video outbound does not reach them...... circle just continues to spin.
(Have PM'd you advanced call details)

Tested the same with a borrowed NeoConnect Prime unit - That is working perfectly.
Can see both inbound and outbound.
This all on the same Lenovo Notebook hardware
?????
