iBurst spam filter issues

My enquiry to HelpDesk about rejected e-mails turned out exactly how I expected - NO RESPONSE!!

This morning one of my friends sent me this error report which she received after trying to send me an e-mail to my iBurst e-mail address.

She also queried this with HelpDesk, as they mentioned in the error report - they did not even bother to reply. So I am losing out on e-mails because senders don't want to re-send stuff just because iBurst has this
strict SPAM filters implemented. Why don't they just release all my e-mails - let ME decide which is SPAM!

How do I make this a sticky? I think a warning needs to go out to all people who use iburst for email. We have lost far too many important messages and even now we have clients who are failing to get through with this. I tried repeatedly to get an important message today through to work and there is no legitimate reason for it to be rejected.

I am compiling an article about the issue. Hopefully I will get it published - not just online.

People do NOT use iburst for email. Your business cannot afford it.

Apologies for your experience. Please log a call with the help desk and based on provided examples the VAS guys will assist by tuning the spam filters.

I have experienced this issue mainly with @telkomsa.net email addresses, which get labelled as spam for some reason.

Been there done that. I won't say email with iburst is unusable, just that it is unreliable, and applying technology blindly. Will post you the link when I am done.
