They admitted to having metering problems.
They say we uploaded a ridiculous amount.
Downloaded a lot less.
Then they cut us off for most of the month.
We tried to contact the CEO or someone that the stupid chick that answers the phone said was the CEO. No one got back to us.
They were probably too embarrased to do so.

Is this how a company does business??

As far as we are concerned they are in breach of the contract we signed with them.

This is a mickey mouse operation!!!

They've got my number. Maybe NOW they'll phone me back!!!

Hmmm, 1st time for everything, if you have the number, please post it in the FAQs thread - I am sure some iBurster will need it at some point...:eek:
