Ok, so I got my statement this month.
Last month I was happy (and surprised) to get my refund, but low and behold they didn't charge me for January :wtf: . I put the additional amount in my budget expecting the double charge this month, but guess what ? I am still going to be charged the wrong amount, which brings us back full circle.
I also followed up on the possibility of going back to the "old" package, which is not possible.
I am so frustrated and I'm sure all other subscribers are as well, so this goes out to Iburst, with tears in my big blue eyes :
