Basically they are not allowing the proxy to forward certain http commands that some programs use. Iv tried contacting wbs over both the phone and email and not once have I even spoken to a human or gotten an email reply. This is the copy of the email I have sent them I am posting it here so that hopefully some iburst techie will read it. I would also like to point out that the [email protected] mail box is full. It would be nice if someone was actually reading the email I have been sending over the past week or so.

Hello
Your Proxy is BADLY broken.
One example is subversion (a source version management system). I NEED this system for work. It is absolutely CRITICAL that you get this fixed out A.S.A.P
Please have a look at the instructions on this page http://subversion.tigris.org/faq.html#proxy
Is is really simple to fix this problem and simply involves adding ONE line to your squid config. (normally found in /etc/squid/squid.conf)
if you are running a version of squid after version 2.4 add this line
extension_methods REPORT MERGE MKACTIVITY CHECKOUT
otherwise if you are running a version of squid before version 2.4 use add this line
extension_methods REPORT MERGE MKACTIVITY CHECKOUT PROPFIND
to your squid.conf
Please treat this as a matter of utmost urgency and forward it on to a network administrator. Please would you keep me informed of the progress that is being made to solve this problem.
------------------------END EMAIL---------------------------------------------
Iburst's inaction in this matter is really starting to irritate me as I really need to be able to use that program for work. So if anyone from Iburst reads this. FIX IT!
