iBurst - VPN over WiMAX

Hi,

One of my clients has a WiMAX solution with iBurst.

We are experiencing problems running SAP (using a vpn) on the solution.

We have contacted your call centre a couple of times but to no avail.

They have assured us that the ports are not blocked. But we still cannot route the vpn connection over WiMAX.

Can you assist?

I'm also a iBurst Wimax customer and have not been able to use VPN connections to work. Contacted iBurst ages ago & eventually gave up :-(

Sorry just had to say that, I have Telkom WiMAX, and it just cruises, no downtime, no problems etc.

Only problems i have is 512k is a bit old now getting about 60-70kb/s, which is not that bad, but woulda been awesome if it could do 4mb+ (device can do up to 12mb/s)

Can't you get the user to RDP to a pc/server at your workplace and work on sap from there?

It is a large company that is using WiMAX to connect to the internet.
Through the WiMAX connection, they connect to another company and use their SAP server.
It is not just one user but at least 10 users.

We have tried creating a VPN to another server but to no avail.
We used OpenVPN.
iBurst says the ports are open and escalated the calls but to no avail.
