iBurst vs ICASA battle continues

The initial high court interdict against ICASA following the confiscation of iBurst equipment was set to expire tomorrow, but the situation has changed

As long as the court order is in effect, ICASA cannot go back and seize it. Once the order expires, they can go get a new seizure order.

Another reason to be concerned if you are still using iBurst I guess....
