whooa, damm.... this sucks, how do i know if this new Hardcap-law-thing was already implimented at the time when i sighed up, or better, since when is this guys?

There isn't really a hardcap law. You found a pretty old thread, I don't think they are even complaining about excessive usage anymore, at least not if you stick to 64kb all month and don't find yourself uncapped at 1mbps.

That is if you can even get 1mbps these days while not being capped.
