Firstly I got a message that the email password had been changed.(Via PoP access). The password has not been changed.

When trying to access the iBurst web site I get this message:
"Error displaying the error page: Application Instantiation Error: Could not connect to MySQL."

Database down?

I can connect using wifi, but not with the modem on my laptop.

I am on 3G at the moment.

The iBurst web site is back up, but I cannot log in there either.

"Warning
Username and password do not match or you do not have an account yet."

Still getting the same login error via Pop3 on the email account as well.

None of the passwords have been changed and the account is 100% active.

Do you guys think it could still be Database related?

What is the situation at the moment? Is it possible to connect to iBurst via PPoE?
I am on 3G at the moment and will only be at the location where my iBurst modem is later this afternoon.

Tried to log in this morning to their customer self-service, was denied.

This afternoon all is fine. Bandwidth usage etc is displaying as well.
