iBurst "upgraded" their web site a while ago, which was long overdue.
I can't say that the "New" web site impresses me from a visual or usability perspective. More steps/clicks are required to access key areas like bandwidth usage for instance. This actually applies to all areas that one needs to access once logged in. In the past there was quick menu access directly to those areas, whereas with the "New" site all of this has to be done via onerous button or link click navigation steps. Getting back to a different area is just as onerous.
To concrete issues/bugs:
1) I cannot view my email via Webmail.
I receive the following response when it tries to redirect me to https://webmail.iburst.co.za/webmail:
Not Found
The requested URL /webmail was not found on this server.
Apache/2.2.15 (CentOS) Server at webmail.iburst.co.za Port 443
2) Cannot view logged support tickets.
I logged a ticket which the system appeared to accept successfully (It gave me a support ticket no. which I did not bother to write down re. issue no.1)
When I visit the support page a spinning wheel is all that appears under "Your Support Requests". It never loads the logged requests.
3) Mailbox quota exceeded etc.
A while ago I sent an email to a person I know that uses iBurst email for small business usage. Shortly afterwards I got a response back stating that the mail server had rejected the request because the "Mailbox quota has been exceeded". The person involved was totally unaware of this and had not been notified. To rectify this it requires you to log in to iBurst email via Webmail and manually delete older emails until enough space becomes available. Only about a year's worth of emails were in the box at the time the quota was exceeded. In fact the person had not been receiving emails for about 2 or 3 days when I discovered this.
In summary:
These issues need to be addressed as a matter of urgency and raises serious questions about the QA & testing that was done prior to deployment.
*NOTE: I do not use iBurst email myself, but unfortunately a friend set it up that way for their business years ago. I am usually the one they turn to when they experience issues
