Norton Internet Security warns that the iBurst website contains a security threat. It appears to be a direct link to sjphone.org, a site containing 6 identity threats. The warning pops up whenever I open a log-in page requiring a password, eg MyBurst, Bandwidth Usage, etc. The threat doesn't appear to be present when logging in to the iBurst e-mail.

It's the end of the month and I just wanted to check my bandwidth usage, but I don't feel comfortable submitting my password when IBurst is linked to a spyware-infested website.

I've thus far managed to avoid any contact with the now-legendary iBurst Helpdesk, so if any of the more knowledgeable users can shed some light on the subject I'd be grateful.

Regards,

Not aware of any such link at all. Will pass it on to our web guys.

There are "download softphone" links near the bottom of the iCall product page which link to files on sjphone.org.

I think this may be a false positive. See VirusTotal report.
