Hi guys, any idea whats going on with the iburst website? I log in with my account details and when I click on change package I get the following error:

General error

Apologies, there has been an unforseen technical error


Been getting this error since sunday. Guess Iburst doesn't want me to upgrade :whistle:

yep seen the same error for other stuf on their website too, what do you want to change on your package You can send a pm to Iburst (the official iburst rep Gcebile) or r00igev@@r (ronald the unoficial rep) they should be able to asist
 
Cool but lets say I activate the uncapped anytime today, will I be billed pro rata until the end of the month or will it only activate beginning of next month?

Hi SA.Reaver,

I got the same problem as you. What you can try is, instead of clicking "Account Summary" and then trying to change your package, try and click on the "Change Package" link directly before you log into your account and it should work, at least it did for me.

For some reason every time I click on "Account Summary" and then the "Change Package" link it gives me that error msg. But if I click on "Change Package" and then log in from there, it works..

Hope this makes sense.
 
While we're on the topic of their crummy website, it's clearly it's time of the month cause today I could either not access it or now it won't load my current usage :)

Just me or were there general problems with the site today?

Ah right, thanks for the update & sorry for not reading that other thread first, kinda thought it would have been posted on the @iburstnotices twitter :) Just needed to know cause I know my cap was nearing that 100meg left mark and at the rate my family seems to go through cap I'm expecting the internet to go slow sometime soon :p

Sorry, I was up to my eyeballs in problems and didn't post anywhere...
