Does anyone know how to get the iBurst USB Modem to work with Leopard. The Tiger drivers do not work in Leopard. It does not recognise the vitual ethernet adapter. I have contacted iBurst, but they have no idea on when a 10.5 driver will be available for iBurst, which is ridiculous as Leopard has been around for almost 6 months. I see that some of the iBurst companies overseas (eg Australia) have compatible drivers with their iBurst products. Does anyone know if these drivers may work with our iBurst modems?

weird ... im assuming you aren't using the core 2 duo drivers ... cos they worked for me on Leopard at work

Mac 10.5 Leopard

Im on a G5, so I used the PPC drivers, and it didnt work. I do have an intel Mac Mini, I will try those drivers and see if it works. Thanks

Apart from that iburst is useless to an actual internet user..

On 10.4 things haven't been rosy. After a few months, they reveal the secret of the MTU settings (mac default 1500, has to be 1352) .. no offer of refunds for lost functionality!!!!!

and of course, even if you lock it in the control panel, it still gets reset every couple of hours, along with your internet connection as such.

See how many gigs you can "use", trying to upload a couple hundred megs!
