Anyone else experiencing problems peering to Mweb from their Ibust access.
Problem started yesterday.
Cannot download email from MWeb mailboxes - get peering connection error.
No problem accessing IBust mailbox.
Connect on 3G via MTN - no problem accessing Mweb mailbox.
Rebooted Ibust modem a few times - worked ok then but problems again today.

Tech helpdesk useless - don't even call back as promised after supposedly going to investigate IP address.

Nope - didn't really expect a reply.

Just took great delight in submitting my ADSL application today and look forward to sending the cancellation letter to Ibust (on a mnth-mnth).
Their network quality and service is just too poor.

Another one?

At this rate iBurps will fold...

Im having problems getting Hetzner mail to download and sites in general is super slow.

Yeah, getting into the MWEB iBurst control panel took a bit longer than usual today.
On the other hand MWEB's web based email (I have 30K+ messages in there, about 0.7GB) was faster than usual lately.

I'm on MWEB iBurst.

No I have an iBurst (wireless) account through MWEB. I was a dial up MWEB user from Netactive days (1999). Last year I got iBurst thru MWEB and kept the same settings and mailbox.
The nice thing is that iBurst does not have my banking details, only MWEB has.

So recently (last 2 days) MWEB's MessageCentre has been pretty snappy. I've been using Mweb's OldAirMail until now - modelled on NetActive's old online mail app
which actually gave you delivery notifications from the addresse's server just after
you sent the mail, ok that's OT but still that was cool. :)

So my MWEB to iBurst peering is not bad at all. Mweb's Messagecentre used to time out
and I had to reload, but now it's snappy on iBurst.
