Icasa Bill?

Has anybody heard anything further regarding the release of the ICASA bill, refered to in the Convergence Bill?

The only thing that matters is will Icasa have the power to get confiscation orders
of any AP it likes. If the courts won't give such orders then we can do what we
want.

I think they will - they can't have illegal hardware polluting the airwaves.
