Hi,
in the "legal processes" it is important to realise that only material that has been submitted can be considered.
This is contrary to the "geek" environment which provides for "common knowledge" and "common sense".
For instance, ICASA will most probably not consider MaD's table of ADSL costs in other countries unless a speaker tables it.
Once it has been tabled, they have to consider it.
If the presenter who tables it, adds that it is already outdated, and that the environment changes by the week, they will have to take this into account as well.
