Icasa cuts bonuses over poor performance

You do know that waiters at a restaurant don't get full salary or none at all. These Icasa workers all get a full salary.

I tip 10% no matter what and more for going beyond the call of duty.
What if the waiter who served you is a bit down because the person before you gave no tip and they are worried about not getting enough tips to afford transport for the night?

Most waiters have to live day by day and rely on tips to survive.

Not cool. I always tip 10%, these guys don't always get a salary.
