ICASA failed their mobile quality promise

ICASA promised to keep tabs on the quality of mobile networks, but it has broken its promise of regular reports

Who knows? They certainly don't answer emails, they don't even deal with complaints...
I opened up a complaint process with them in 2010 (against MTN) - despite having around 300 odd emails to them outlining the problem, they still managed to screw it up by assuming that I was in Johannesburg (not quite sure how much clearer Cape Town, Western Cape can be when stated as my location) and to date I still do not have a response...but I get read receipts, so I guess that is as far as they go....
