Icasa is investigating call centre operators using mobile numbers from fixed premises

If found to be using mobile numbers for fixed services, such offenders will be in contravention of the 2016 Numbering Plan Regulation and could be liable to fines between R300,000 and R3 million.

I don't understand, people can't use their cellphones to do business or can't use their cellphones in a physical address?

not really understand what that means ...... what is "fixed services"? :confused:
