ICASA licensing documentation for the 5.8GHz frequency

Does anyone know where to get hold of the ICASA licensing documentation for the 5.8GHz frequency/un-licensed frequency range.

Search around but cant seem to find anything.

Government Gazette publishes these regularly.
You may obtain publish dates from Icasa.
