We use a Ubiquity NanoBeamM5 400 wireless link between 2x of our office blocks. These units use and fall in the open spectrum frequency range hence no ICASA license required. Our DataCentre provider/ISP is in the same business park. We want to put the same link between the DataCentre provider/ISP and the 1x office block for fail-over. Since the wireless link will now be to an ISP - even though on the open frequency spectrum - is an ICASA license required
