SABC and E-tv signal supplier could face fines over prices

The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (Icasa) wants state signal distributor Sentech to create pricing templates to ensure prices reflect its costs.

This comes after Icasa's October 2024 signal distribution market inquiry report, which found that Sentech holds a monopoly over television, AM, and FM radio broadcasting frequencies.

More nonsense with the government fighting the government because the government isn't paying the government for services. Once the total idiocy sinks in, you realize what the joke the country is.
