ICASA, Screamer DigiChilli & ADSL Regulation

If memory serves me correctly (and please people correct me if I am wrong) does ADSL not have a certain regulation on it as to QoS? Ping? Speed? Packet Loss? etc.

So would we as a group of concerned ADSL savages :wtf: (don't flame me, for also wanting a wonderful uncapped service) be able to get ICASA involved to give ISP’s a nudge.

I think NeoTel needs to also be addressed as to their Seacom National Backhaul reliability. Should that be the problem with the current uncapped services from DigiChilli & Screamer, NeoTel should take the fall for this.

I feel as NeoTel were awarded a license form ICASA they should step in and govern the problem. Otherwise what is the point of ICASA?

It is amazing how everyone will complain when there is something wrong.
But NO ONE! (Let alone stick together)
Will actually get off their asses and do something through official channels.

ICASA has been pretty much useless since day one. It's not about not doing something, it's about wasting ones time complaining to an organization that's useless.
