What has ICASA actually done this past year. What I mean is, what has actually been implemented because of a ICASA ruling.

As far as I know nothing, so what is the point of having them. They release a ADSL Report, and then tell us that they cant regulate SAIX. WTF. Why do the report in the first place.

We should not be pressuring Telkom but ICASA instead. They are suppose to regulates these Telsum idiots.

If you know of anything that they have accomplished, please let me know.
