Hi,
Okay so this was my mistake, but here is the story.
I created a Ice3 account, transferred cash, bought coins and setup the 2FA authentication for the extra layer of security. All has been going good and well, my initial small investment has in return grown by +- 600% over 3 months, anyway last month or possibly 2 months ago I got a new cell phone and new number, I did not even think of the bloody 2FA authentication thingy.
So yesterday after reading the thread on the disappearing bitcoin on LUNO it was adviced that we should make our passwords very unique and complex, so I log into ice3 and try to change my password, but to my surprise I cannot change it as I need the 2FA code, so I install the Google authenticator thinking it should work & sync since this is linked to my google account, well apparently this is not the case and my Google authenticator is blank.
I logged a call yesterday with Ice3 but have not received any feedback. I followed up last night but still have not received feedback.

Do I have any other options here?
 
2FA is linked to the device I believe so if you still got the old phone, then you should be good.

Otherwise if you happened to store the secret key of the 2fa when you first scanned it then just use GA manual entry.

Failing the above 2, you will just have to wait for Ice3x, there is no other way around 2FA

:cry:...Thank you for the feedback, guess i'll wait for Ice, honestly don't know whats taking them so long to respond.
 
Does anyone have contact details for these people, I have send multiple emails, complained on their Facebook page and they just ignore me flat. Each mail i send gets attached to the original call i logged. Originally they said i must send a selfie with my ID which I did, i even went one further and included one with my passport as well, since then they simply don't respond.
I'm really busy stripping my moer, I wanted to buy ripple 2 days back on Altcoin but cant withdraw my money from ICE without the "Auth code" :mad::mad:
Ripple has in the past 2 days more than doubled in value and i'm sitting here with my finger in my ass since these fcking people cant remove a simple 2FA.
 
Same with Altcoin

Well I hope they both work the weekend to work through this backlog. I am also waiting for Altcoin to verify my documents. Its also day 3 :mad:

Seem like we don't have a proper exchange in SA. Absolute shocking service from people we trust with our money.
