ICE3x - Cannot Withdraw !!!

Just a word of warning - I have been using ICE3x, and recently tried to transfer coins out of there, and it says that my account hasn't been verified yet, so it cannot. I tried to withdraw whatever cash I had there as well and it said the same thing.

The thing is, it seems like your account never gets verified - I have been waiting weeks.

If there is a representative from ICE3X here I would really like some feedback !
 
I got mine verified rather quickly, both Luno, Ice3x and ACT.

Perhaps this time of the year they are not geared for the large number of requests.
 
Ice3x verified me in about 2 days. Luno took about 10 days.

I have withdrawn many coins and Rands (Though cash is limited to 75k) with them with no issue.
 
Dont hold you breath and hope Ice3x will assits you in a timely manner or keep you can n the loop of any new developments on your ticket. Had to wait 9 days for my deposit to show and when my 2FA didnt want to log me in as it was out of sync with my account it took them 15 days to disable it for me.

Trying to withdraw my Ethereum now as i am fed up with them and it is already day 3 and it still shows as pending on their side and since then Ethereum's price has droped by almost a R1000.

I would not recommend them to anyone. Never had these issues with Luno or ACT.
