Pls can someone tell me how long ZAR deposits take? From FNB to ICE3X.

My last deposit and the last withdrawal was completed in well under 2 hours. They're usually very quick.

Normally they say how long.
It can take within 24 hours to 48 hours normally.
Some guys say for them 6 hours, so its worth trying it for your sake.

If luno allow eth buying soon I won't need to use ice3x. Not so keen on the minimum deposit amount at ice. Sometimes just need eth for gas.

Been waiting over 3 days with it in 'pending approval status.

Who did you send the email with the documents to? I lost the email they sent me. cant remove my money or transfer it without that verification.

Won't use them again. Had to send them copies of my bank statements and ID to get R250 worth of BTC transferred to my Luno wallet :erm:

Welcome to crypto! Most secure and PRIVACY oriented tech ever created. However in order to transact we need your passport copy, proof of residence, cellphone number and bank statement!

Trying to withdraw ethereum from their site is like pulling teeth.

I've made about half a dozen attempts to remove ethereum from their exchange and only twice has it worked in a timely fashion. Compare that to over two dozen withdrawals from another exchange with only a single hitch. Right now I've been waiting, twiddling my thumbs, as ether I withdrew over an hour ago sits stuck in 'pending withdrawal' yet again.

A shame since everything else on the site works seamlessly

I logged an online complaint, and attached all documentation there, did it within an hour
