So these guys have been rolling out a change/upgrade to their systems that which includes the ability to buy/trade Ether. Great!

They've been at it since Friday though. Not great :(

Anybody have any idea what is taking them so long? Are they hell bent on setting a record for the longest release ever or are they in trouble? I'd hate to be one of the guys with my wallet stuck on their system right now.
 
I tend to agree .. been waiting patiently for it to come up so that I can see the new interface. I do pity the blokes who have their wallets stuck there though.

I'd be livid if my money was stuck due to their incompetence of not being able to plan a scheduled update effectively.

No idea how that is suppose to boost confidence in potential clients, most of whom turned their attention towards ice3x due to their announcement of implementing ETH support and now looking on gobsmacked at the sheer failure.
 
Well if I was ever to use them to trade my coins would be on and off their platform pretty quickly.

I'm a little bit worried about how professional these guys are. I mean, I feel that my bitcoin is safe with Luno but ice3x makes me wonder if they'll be the target of hackers since they appear to be a soft target.
 
So I can reach their site via mobile (on wifi at work) but not on the PC via google results. Go to their twitter and click those links, oh there we go... On mobile when I click to sign up the page doesn't exist, PC all good. Very confidence inspiring
 
Well it's working fine here. They verified my account this morning in under 30 minutes. Will have to wait for ETH trading though and BTC volumes are very low and similarly priced as Luno.
 
How long do IC3X take to approve accounts?
Been waiting over 3 days with it in 'pending approval status.

Mine took 24 hours.
I'm honestly not impressed with them. Wait until there is a drop in Bitcoin/Litecoin and you want to jump at the opportunity to buy some just to realize you have to wait another 24hours for your funds to clear :cry:
 
Pls can someone tell me how long ZAR deposits take? From FNB to ICE3X.
 
Not sure its a standard time though for most ;-0
but wow for 2 hours ;0

im thinking Luno is better, but it seems ICEx is trading some number higher for some items
