iCloud Control Panel for Windows

Any one here managed to download Icloud for windows?
I know this is a mac forum, but i do have a Ipad and Iphone ... so it could be relevant.

I just cant seem to get it downloaded... and no its not a windows problem

There's a Control Panel?

I registered for iCloud on the iPad. Then when I got to work and the winbox they make me use here, I pointed my browser to www.icloud.com. Works perfectly.
