ICnt value on Uniforum

Anybody know what the ICnt value means on the Uniforum website when doing a whois lookup? It doesn't explain anywhere on the site what it means. When does this value increment? I have been keeping my eye on a domain that is set for deletion when the ICnt is greater than 4, and its currently on 3.
