Impressive raving ICS is here and not saying which phone. A number of them have ICS already some for 6 months now.

If your going to rave about something that has the potential to be both old news to some and new to others you may want to add in some specificity.

AHHH, maybe he is talking about Virgin's Incredible Connectionless Service.... :D

Are you speaking from experience? What is Virgin's service like in general or does it depend where you are? I have been considering moving to Virgin cos I tend to rely on my phone more for sms's and data and very little for phone calls. Their contract pricing seems so much better than MTN (who I am currently with), especially due to the free sms's.

Dude I was simply joking using the ICS and building my own acronym.
But IMO, all of them is bad. You'll just be swopping a better network for a contract that looks good. Not one of them will be able completely satisfy anybody. Everyday you see people here selling a SP only to complain the next day of something the SP is not doing right.
I'm with Vodacom and was thinking a while ago of going over to MTN (My wifes using MTN for a few years now). But I don't know.

Fair enough. Obviously I picked up the acronym - just figured you had a reason to reference Virgin specifically so thought there might be more to it.

And this is why custom ROM's rock

Been running 4.0.4 for ages, hell I even forgot what Gingerbread use to look like. :)

Any problems? I downloaded it but haven't installed yet

None So far, it even runs Apex Launcher as demoed here

Only issue I do have is that if a theme is not updated for v4 it will not change everything so you can have some artifacts of the default in some places. Overall it is smoother and I love the new Media Player/Data Monitor applications + Setting menu looks identical to ICS.

Also I did have an issue on the 1st flash where I did not wipe + factory reset and it just hung on the MIUI load screen on boot, had to re-flash making sure I do full wipe before flashing.

I got over miui after a while, it just did weird things at times. Im using lordmods icecold sandwich atm and its quite decent.

Never experienced any problems with it well unless I use the weekly unstable builds.

Besides, the main reasons I love it for no other ROM can provide Yes some app's give you some of the functions but not all and not as good as in MIUI.

It tells me what app can do what and I can limit per app if they allowed to do this:

It lets me set or limit internet access per app with bandwidth data(Including Wifi or 3G access):

It gives me proper detail control on what apps access root and why:

Not to even mention themes and decent media applications.
