IDE to USB adapter.

I have one of those all in 1 HDD docking stations (2nd on list), but a different model minus all of the additional card slots on the side.
It worked fine in the beginning but later on I had trouble getting the device and HDD online - as if the HDD wasn't getting sufficient power. Stopped using it shortly after that and switched to external USB enclosures which worked much better.

You are probably better off using the first adapter in your list in my opinion.
